Small Group Training
Get the accountability of personal training (I care if you show up!) with the energy and support of a group class. You’ll gain a community of dedicated workout buddies to sweat and laugh with. Follow a training program that helps you build fitness and strength, without wrecking you for the rest of the day. As a coach, I’ll guide you in proper form, show you modifications that work for your body, and encourage you to push yourself.
1x/week : $160/month*
2x/week : $310/month*

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS
This is an all-levels full-body workout that combines strength training and cardio conditioning in one energy-boosting class. You’ll learn new things, move in new ways and feel better in your body! Modifications are offered so the workout works for YOU. Class is outdoors April-November and indoors December - March.
Outdoor workouts are going strong! Fridays 7:00-8:00 a.m. at Highland Park, St. Paul, MN.
