Strength & Conditioning Class

This 60 minute class is for all levels of fitness — Trainer Meg will give many ways to progress or regress each exercise. You will get a great full-body workout that incorporates focused strength work, cardio conditioning, circuit training, and yoga flow.

Equipment needed: A mat or towel; 2 medium dumbbells; water. (If you don’t have a mat or dumbbells, please come and we’ll provide them for you).
