Joining a small group is the perfect mix of personal training and large group classes. You get a chance to ask questions and modify the workout to fit your needs; you also get the value and challenge that comes with working out with others. You’ll work in a group of the same 5-8 people each week, and gain a community of dedicated workout buddies.
Membership for 2x/week training plus the weekend Strength & Conditioning Class: $295/mo
