Do you find it overwhelming to figure out what to do in your workout? Do you need help getting started or staying accountable? Let Trainer Meg help make on-your-own home or gym workouts work for you.

Using the True Coach app, your workouts will be delivered to you 3-5x each week. You will use the equipment you have available to complete the workout, and you’ll get to check off the box marked “workout done!” Meg sees this in real time and knows how to progress you the next week.

Here are some examples of current clients using virtual programming:

1. A runner wanting to add strength and mobility training into their training week.

2. A busy mom who needs outside accountability to reserve workout time for herself at home.

3. A hockey player post-hip surgery wanting to return to the ice this winter.

4. A couple whose gym closed during the pandemic. Although the gym has re-opened, they’re sticking with the convenience of home workouts and having a coach to guide them!
